Big commit; This change changes the ZH operator level to a bot level.
Bots will now identify themselves as bots on the Operator List. This can be used for other bots to identify players as bots for disallowing them commands. Since the bot operator level is very low (just above player level), bots won't be able to issue much commands to other bots.

Beta of MultiBot 2.0. This upgrade should make TWBot obsolete, incorporating all its utility features into a new MultiUtil class. All utilities/former TWBot modules are stored in the multibot/util/ directory.
This will probably have some bugs, and I'm far from promising it doesn't! Basic testing has been done, but now it needs a stress test. (Partly committing to avoid constant merging process when having several files that are different from the repository...)

SQL-RELATED UPDATE (potential memory leak fix)
This is an update to all classes in TWCore that make SQL queries.
The ResultSet and Statement of all queries are now closed after they are made.
Hopefully this is the main source of our significant memory leak issues.
Other changes made:
BotAction now includes SQLClose method (for performing the close) and SQLQueryAndClose (for running a query and then immediately closing its ResultSet).
SQLResultEvent now automatically closes a query's ResultSet & Statement if a null id has been used.
